Details
One of OPPEIN's largest Indian residential commissions: 820 apartment kitchens for the Lodha NCP development in Mumbai, delivered between 2015 and 2017.
A project at this volume is a logistics exercise as much as a manufacturing one. Cabinetry was produced in sequenced production runs, shipped in tower-by-tower consignments and installed floor by floor so that handover schedules were never held up by joinery.
Finishes were specified for humidity and heavy daily use, with moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges and hardware rated for high cycle counts.
