Details
Completed in 2011, the MTK apartment project covered 325 units in New Delhi and was one of OPPEIN's early large-scale commissions in India.
The scope ran from 3D design through manufacture to on-site installation. Each layout was modelled before production so the developer could sign off on the kitchen configuration, storage allocation and appliance positions ahead of the first delivery.
Standardised carcass sizes with variable front configurations kept the cost per unit predictable while still allowing the plan types to differ across the development.
