Russia Sochi Luxurious Villa Community Project

With a focus on quality and aesthetics, OPPEIN’s whole-house customization delivers a modern luxurious interior for this lavish villa project. The OPPEIN Russia team was involved from the start, bringing 100% dedication to create a sense of home and elegance. The entire installation was completed in about two weeks, efficiently and with exquisite attention to detail. As the world’s largest cabinetry manufacturer, OPPEIN supplied top-notch cabinets throughout the house, along with custom cabinets, wall panels, sliding doors, and furniture. The result is a villa recognized as the most valuable in the neighborhood, greatly enhancing the client’s living experience.

Kitchen

For the cooking area, OPPEIN created an exquisite collection using PET, lacquered, and melamine cabinets. The classic L-shaped layout follows the “golden triangle” concept, where the preparation, storage, and cooking areas form a harmonious triangle. Every step the cook takes in the kitchen was precisely planned for the most comfortable user experience.

In terms of color, most cabinets are finished in a subtle gray that conveys a sophisticated metallic luster, adding to the modern feel. The handleless design further streamlines the kitchen’s simplicity. By playing with shapes and lines, the design makes a strong statement of “less is more”, and truly, this kitchen is a perfect match for the grace of contemporary minimalism.

More thoughtful details lie in the appliance integration. A dream kitchen should be both practical and appealing, which is why OPPEIN incorporated the fridge, hood, stove, and oven seamlessly into the cabinetry. A dining cupboard with a wine cooler offers a spot for relaxation, helping to unwind after a long day. The bright cabinet fronts also lift the spirit with their vivid shades.

Living Room

A two-panel sliding door adds a luxurious entry to the living room. A smooth sliding operation with soft-closing damping guarantees a high-quality daily experience. Frosted glass adds a delicate look while ensuring privacy within the room. OPPEIN’s interior sliding door solution is designed to deliver ultimate performance.

The living room provides an ideal space for family gatherings and moments of relaxation. The modern TV unit adds a lavish gloss to the room, elevating both practicality and aesthetics. A marble-effect backdrop enhances the dark luxury feel, while symmetrical open shelves offer ample storage to display the owner’s treasured collection.

Comfortable, loose furniture is included to create a soothing spot, a sweet and dreamy furnishing solution that turns the space into an inviting entertainment area for the whole family.

Walk-in Closet

A deluxe walk-in closet is a great enhancement to daily living. With a combination of open shelving and closed cabinets, this private dressing zone offers ample storage for everyday wear. Jewelry, clothing, and other belongings all find their rightful place. Accessories like pull-down bars, trouser racks, and pull-out mirrors ideally enhance the user experience. In this walk-in closet, you’ll discover the joy of getting dressed each day that changing outfits becomes a way to shift moods and prepare for whatever lies ahead.

Bedroom

What does a comfortable bedroom look like? You’ll find the answer as soon as you step into this space. Wall panels feature a mix of lines and shapes, creating a modern, sleek backdrop. A soft lighting scheme perfectly builds a sense of calm. The bed, wall panels, and fixtures all came from OPPEIN, ensuring the room has a cohesive look.

Bathroom & Laundry

A bathroom is more than just a place to clean up and refresh; it should also express personal style. Maintaining the sleek touch found throughout the villa, this bathroom presents a polished, luxurious mood that extends the property’s value.

The practical combination of bathroom and laundry highlights the space’s functionality. The integrated washer and dryer are perfectly fitted within the vanity, ensuring a cohesive look without compromising versatility. Additionally, the shower cubicle makes a harmonious match, like a crystal embedded in the space.
